Cubby lives in the huge and posh bungalow situated in Wonderland. Cubby's home is as big as a castle. He has a walk-in closet just for his toys, neatly categorized by type of toys, limited editions and also the latest toys. Cubby lives like a prince. He always gets what he wants and has all the latest toys, electronic games and gadgets. He is an arrogant Teddy who is reluctant to share his toys with others. He always makes sure he looks cool all the time with his gadget watch, designer school bag and branded shoes. But the truth is Cubby is never happy because no one likes to play with him.

One day during art class, the teacher asked everyone to draw a painting of themselves with their best friend. Everyone started smiling and looked happily at their friends and began drawing. Cubby looked around and his tears started to drop. Toma who was sitting next to Cubby offered him a banana with a magic treat. Cubby immediately laughed. Cubby finally completed his painting, he drew a bear and a monkey eating banana with a magic hat. To the teacher, it looked like two cows holding hands with a yellow flying object in the sky. It didn’t matter to Cubby because Toma is laughing too.

Today is the happiest day for Cubby at school. Cubby now looks forward to go to school every day. He enjoys learning with his friends in class, having meal with friends, indulging in cupcakes at picnics, going for little adventures in the jungle next to the school or simply mastering the art of swimming. Before going to sleep each night, little Cubby tells his Mommy a bedtime story of the wonderful time he had in school that day.

Day by day, Cubby is counting down the number of days till his Birthday. This is because his Mommy promised him a big Birthday Party. Cubby can’t wait to share his toys with his classmates so that they can all play together. He even wraps some of his toys as presents so that everyone will have a present too.

Living in a competitive world today, we forget the true meaning of happiness. Each of us has our own definition of Happiness. To some, happiness is about being affluent, having power or status. The true meaning of happiness is simply to have someone to share every moment with, regardless happy or sad. The formula of happiness starts with caring for others. Always remember that one smile will catch another smile.
